The Role

We are on the lookout for a full-time Pricing Coordinator, approximately 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will interpret design & joinery plans and provide our clients with accurate pricing and advice on their product requests. You will also assist with our Show Room needs, answer the phone, and provide support to our Account Managers. Product and pricing training will be provided, but your ability to educate our customers in a consultative way that assists with their choices will be a natural part of your customer interaction and self-confidence.

You Will Be:

• Accurate and detail focused.
• An excellent communicator (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and enthusiastic.
• A multi-tasker, used to working within prescribed timeframes and KPI’s.
• Proficient in MS software, particularly Excel.
• An important link in securing business.
• Continually focused on clients and service delivery.

You’ll be working out design measurements and providing numerical-based quotes, so having general mathematical skills is required. Being able to read plans is a prerequisite.

Please note that we have a 3-week close-down period over Christmas.
