About The Role:
As a Customer Care Agent, you'll do more than just respond to queries-you'll create lasting relationships with our customers and ensure they feel valued every step of the way.
You'll collaborate with a supportive and driven team, finding innovative solutions and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all customer inquiries.
- Support customers with product information, delivery updates, subscription management, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and marketing teams to resolve customer concerns and improve processes.
- Record and escalate customer feedback to help shape business decisions and product improvements.
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues where needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role/customer service management (e.g. retail, contact centre, or hospitality).
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping others.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as live chat platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for making a difference in customers' lives (bonus points if you're into food or fitness!).

Shift Details:
- Our current Customer Service Hours are Monday to Sunday from 9am - 6pm.
- Your work day will start between 9am - 10am & end between 5pm - 6pm (8 hour work days)
- You will be required to work at least 2 weekend days throughout the month
- All weekend work is completed remotely
