About The Role

• Identify needs and liaise with stakeholders to support people with an injury to return to meaningful work
• Prepare professional reports
• Conduct assessments: workplace, functional, pre-employment, ADL’s and vocational
• Opportunity to expand into other service areas, such as RTW coordination, fitness for work, and ergonomics

Who Should Apply?

• Share our values and passion for helping people
• Hold a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Rehab Counselling, Psychology, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
• Hold AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA accreditation
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hold a full driver’s licence and access to a car
• Want to work hard, learn quickly, and enjoy a supportive, social culture
