About The Role
- Identify needs and liaise with stakeholders to support people with an injury to return to meaningful work
- Prepare professional reports
- Conduct assessments: workplace, functional, pre-employment, ADL’s and vocational
- Opportunity to expand into other service areas, such as RTW coordination, fitness for work, and ergonomics

Who Should Apply?
- Share our values and passion for helping people
- Hold a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Rehab Counselling, Psychology, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- Hold AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA accreditation
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold a full driver’s licence and access to a car
- Want to work hard, learn quickly, and enjoy a supportive, social culture
