About The Role:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to priority clients and guests, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Support client events and activities, coordinating refreshments and amenities with attention to detail.
- Maintain space readiness, ensuring the office area/lounge is well-presented, comfortable, and client-ready at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks and coordinate closely with the Branch Service Manager and internal teams.
- Act as a trusted host, engaging clients with professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all interactions.
About You:
- 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, guest relations, reception, or customer service.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (D3/D4/S1) with strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
- Professional image, polished demeanor, and confidence when engaging executive-level clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and stay proactive during quiet periods.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and trustworthiness when handling sensitive client interactions.
- Comfortable supporting events and serving in a high-touch, client-facing environment.
