We support portfolio management through data-driven insights, including portfolio reviews, business plan integration, location and workplace trend analysis, and benchmarking. Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Gather and manipulate real estate and non-real estate data to generate insights for clients
  • Build and test models to support client decision-making and improve existing tools
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and products
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Create bespoke analyses and tools tailored to client requirements
  • Prepare and present reports for senior management and clients
  • Manage projects independently and present findings to senior stakeholders
  • Provide informal guidance and technical support to colleagues; may lead project teams

Regular Tasks

  • Build, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and dashboard development projects
  • Clean and integrate client data into Power BI sources
  • Run semi-standard reports in Excel and Power BI

Key Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience (internships alone are not sufficient)
  • Strong Excel and modelling skills
  • Familiarity With Powerpoint

  • Power BI or other BI tool experience
  • Knowledge of VBA or another programming language
  • Excellent communication skills in English (professional level)
  • High attention to detail, diligence, and focus
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking
  • Proactive approach to learning and self-improvement
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment
