What you will be doing and delivering

We have a new opportunity for QA Supervisor to join our Warragul team. The position is structured as a 5-day work week. The role supports the Group Quality Manager to manage a small team. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will:

• Maintain internal and external audit and verification schedules
• Perform pre-delivery inspections to confirm products match customer expectations
• Collaborate with the Group Quality Manager to maintain and update required reports
• Identify and report quality issues from batch retention sampling to drive timely resolution

• Proven leadership experience
• Attention to detail and methodical approach to problem solving
• Proven ability to quickly identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Tech savvy & ability to analyse data and generate comprehensive reports
• Experience in relationship building with customers and internal stakeholders
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
