Supply Chain Specialist

Currently, we are looking for an Supply Chain Customer Specialist to join our highly motivated and inspired team in Zentiva Czech Republic.

What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities:

• Customer service weekly operations (order processing, delivery, invoicing, price list changes, communication with distribution center, returns and claim management)
• Weekly and monthly reporting activities in various fields such as sales, claims, returns, reporting to health authorities
• Stock monitoring
• Claims and return management – communication with distribution center with quality department, issuing of credit notes
• Daily cooperation with sales team, Prague distribution center and Treasury department

We Need You To Have:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Customer service of supply chain
• Advantage if the person is coming from pharma business
• English proficiency at a communicative level, sufficient to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
• Czech language knowledge
• SAP knowledge
• Customer oriented personality

Will be treated as an advantage:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar field
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
