Are you ready to make a significant impact? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Planning & Analysis Manager to lead all BPA activities within Netherlands IM. In this role, you will provide insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to our business leadership, driving strategic initiatives and contributing to our mission of reimagining medicine

Job Description

• Manage the execution of regional / cluster strategies for the Netherlands and the correct and timely implementation of BPA processes and policies
• Deliver core management reporting and financial planning processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of insightful, recurring or ad-hoc financial information.
• Lead the development of financial forecasts (1FP) embracing SMART 2.0 approach
• Design and maintain early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate advance warning for all financial results.
• Proactively drive performance and carry out value-added analyses on financial data: Sales trends, Functional Expenses, Other Income and Expenses, Impairment review, Management Cash Flow, lifetime costs for projects, NPV etc...
• Support the organization’s leadership team with financial analysis (including Risks and Opportunities analysis), cost analysis and control and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct value added analyses, e.g. Resource Allocation, Profitability analyses, Benchmarking to recommend short -and long-term targets and improvement areas.
• Stakeholder management in NL and above country (Cluster, Region)

Requirements

Essential

• Functional Breadth- Demonstrate a wide range of expertise across various business functions.
• Financial Management- Oversee and manage financial operations to ensure fiscal responsibility and efficiency
• Business Planning & Analysis experience
• Project Management- Lead and coordinate projects to ensure timely and successful completion
• Business case management- Develop and manage business cases to support strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrate an agile mindset by setting clear priorities, collaborating openly, and using feedback to make step-by-step improvements – reflecting the core elements of Agile culture within the Dutch organization.
