$53,040.00 - $93,267.20Job Description Summary:
Responsible for the staff assigned to oversee patient office visits. Balances the needs of the patients and maintains an efficient work flow in the office as well as provides support to the physicians in all facets of patient care. Communicates effectively with the team.
Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assess daily staffing needs in coordination with the team.
- Works with the team to adjust existing personnel and/or notifies staff to report to appropriate clinical sites to ensure proper staffing timely
- Understands the overall operations and functions of oncology care management.
- Knowledgeable in documentation requirements to serve as a resource for nursing staff
- Audits and assures accurate current medical records are maintained according to state and federal requirements
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications And Requirements:
Education:
Associates Degree Preferred
Certifications/Licenses:
Current Lpn License
Previous Experience (including minimum years of experience):
- 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred
Oncology Experience Preferred

- Self-Management: Effectively manages own time, conflicting priorities, self, stress, and professional development. Self-motivated and self-starter with ability work independently with limited supervision. Ability to work remotely effectively as required.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites.
- Leadership and Mentoring Effectively lead and facilitate group discussions, coach, mentor, motivate, and engage others to align to a common goal. Ability to effectively lead projects from inception through implementation and assessment.
- Human Resources Management Effectively hire, coach and support staff develop, as applicable, as well as manage resources, performance and employee relations, and supervise within established policies, procedures and legislation.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required.

Standard Core Workdays/Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required, and weekend shifts based on location hours and operational needs.
