Job Description

  • The Inside Sales & Digital Program Specialist is responsible for driving online revenue growth and customer engagement through digital sales channels across the APAC region.
  • This role blends inside sales execution with eCommerce program management, focusing on lead conversion, customer onboarding, and digital adoption.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the customer journey, support sales campaigns, and ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.

Inside Sales Enablement

  • Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through digital channels.
  • Engage with customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings to promote eCommerce solutions and drive adoption.
  • Provide product and solution presentations to customers, tailored to their needs and digital readiness.
  • Collaborate with field sales to nurture opportunities and close deals via online platforms.

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement digital sales strategies aligned with regional business goals.
  • Identify and target customer segments with high potential for digital conversion.
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales funnel data to optimize outreach and engagement.

Customer Experience & Onboarding

  • Lead customer onboarding for eCommerce platforms, including training and support.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to improve digital tools and processes.
  • Ensure a smooth and intuitive online buying experience.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, digital adoption, and online revenue.
  • Generate insights and reports for sales leadership to inform strategy and decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Compliance, Customer Service, and IT to align digital initiatives.
  • Support online campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and engagement.

Technology & Process Optimization

  • Assist in integrating new tools and technologies to enhance inside sales and eCommerce capabilities.
  • Ensure backend systems are aligned with sales workflows and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Work experience - 18 to 24 months
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and eCommerce platforms.
  • Self-starter with a customer-centric approach and a passion for digital transformation.
  • Some experience required; training will be provided.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
