About The Role

If you thrive on high-impact M&A, capital markets, and complex commercial negotiations, this role offers the challenge you're looking for. You'll bring deep knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules, and have a track record of delivering innovative solutions for corporate clients ranging from start-ups through to listed companies

In This Role You Will:

• Advise on equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, demergers, and secondary raisings
• Advise on M&A and takeovers, including due diligence, negotiation, and preparation of key transaction documents
• Assist listed companies with General Meeting materials, ASX/ASIC liaison, and ASX Listing Rule compliance (including continuous disclosure)
• Provide corporate governance advice to listed, unlisted, and private companies

About You

You’re a motivated Associate or Senior Associate with 4-7 years’ PAE, with broad experience across M&A, capital market transactions, commercial agreement negotiations and general corporate advisory. You are someone who can work with other areas of practice to drive and co-ordinate deals, and the experience to understand when to consult with other subject matter experts.
