Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Monitor and analyse account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams
Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ experience in account management or sales with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to create and execute account plans aligned to business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics for informed decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
