AML/KYC Specialist

We’re looking for a new teammate to join the Merchant Service team at Vipps MobilePay!

We’re a friendly, energetic bunch who make sure our merchants get the very best start with us – and all the support they need along the way. We handle onboarding of business customers and products, 2nd line support, and important checks and controls.

You’ll be taking care of merchants and partners who need guidance when setting up and managing their agreements with us. And you’ll help them see just how easy doing business can be with Vipps MobilePay.

This is a full-time temporary role until 31.08.2026.

What you’ll be doing

• Performing KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks for new and existing customers
• Setting up and processing new merchant agreements
• Able to juggle between different tasks if needed
• Delivering high-quality service
• Taking ownership of your workload and achieving your goals, while seeking guidance & support when needed
• Collaborating with colleagues to suggest improvements
• Embracing new processes with a positive mindset and adjusting quickly to change.

We love being surprised, but we imagine you have:

• Experience with KYC/AML and/or customer service
• Strong communication skills in both Finnish and English
• A flexible mindset, good with numbers, and quick to learn new systems
• A structured, analytical, and reliable approach – with a focus on results
• Great attention to detail
• Higher education – for example, a bachelor’s degree
