About The Role:

We are currently seeking expressions of interests for experienced strategic and business savvy Operations Manager to lead our teams across multi sites in Western Australia. This role involves people leadership, continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsible for sites achieving and exceeding targets volumes and profit.

• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of sites in region.
• Champion continuous improvement and looking for ways to improve the business.
• Ensure sites are adequately staffed and trained to achieve outcomes.
• Lead, develop and coach our Business Managers to be effective leaders.
• Create a positive work environment which reflects Drive Groups values.
• Ensure that all sites in WA are following safety, managing compliance, ensure team members wear PPE and adhere to safe work practices.
• Monitor that all repairs are completed at a high standard.
• Provide support to the Business Managers to ensure they understand budgets and forecasts. They are utilising tools provided to understand the financial performance of their site.
• Oversee site operations and identify where site performance can improve, implementing plan to optimise performance.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous Senior Management experience in Automotive Industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manager staff at all levels.
• Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity ethics and dependability.
• Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
