Sygnia is looking for a high-performing, conversion-focused marketer to craft compelling messaging and manage campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline for our cybersecurity services. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you’ll play a critical role in telling our story across channels, from emails and landing pages to webinars and content promotions, helping us connect with buyers at every stage of their journey.
You'll partner cross-functionally with teams across the business, especially with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), to align marketing and sales efforts, improve lead conversion, and support Sygnia’s continued growth.
This role blends creative copywriting with campaign execution and is ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Write clear, persuasive, and conversion-optimized copy for landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional assets tailored to cybersecurity buyers and pain points.
- Own email marketing and lead nurturing strategy and execution in HubSpot, crafting high-impact nurture sequences and outbound campaigns that engage prospects and drive pipeline.
- Collaborate with designers to produce high-converting campaign assets.
- Manage the full webinar lifecycle, from strategy and registration to execution, post-event follow-up, and conversion analytics.
- Ensure accurate data capture and attribution across email campaigns to support BDR follow-up, lead scoring, and performance tracking.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution using Monday.com (or similar tools) to track tasks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Partner with BDRs to continuously improve lead handoff, qualification strategies, and follow-up cadences that drive conversion to opportunities.
Requirements
Main Requirements
- Strong copywriting skills for conversion-focused messaging and promotional content.
- 3-4 years of experience in Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Automation roles ideally in a global B2B tech environment. Cybersecurity experience is a strong plus.
- Proven track record running email campaigns, lead nurture programs, and full-funnel webinar strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms and hands-on campaign execution is required.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle stages and campaign scaling.
- Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects and deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and experience working in international and dynamic marketing environments.
