GTM Tools & Systems Enablement Manager
Location: Fully remote, reside in USA
Job Overview:
The GTM Tools & Systems Enablement Manager is a highly skilled, hands-on, and detail-oriented member of the Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team. This role serves as the primary authority and point of contact for all systems and processes training across global revenue and customer-facing teams. As a seasoned individual contributor, this role designs and delivers training that equips sales and customer-facing teams with the knowledge, tools, and systems they need to be efficient, effective, and buyer-centric.
This team member will drive enablement for Salesforce, quoting tools, Highspot, our Learning Manager System (LMS) and other critical GTM platforms, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal usage. The Tools & Systems Training Manager partners closely with Sales Operations, Product, and Revenue leadership to align system training with GTM priorities, data accuracy standards, and organizational workflows.
Job Responsibilities:
Training & Enablement Leadership:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and owner of systems and process training, including Salesforce, quoting tools, HighSpot, Tableau, and other GTM platforms.
- Design and deliver training strategies for onboarding, everboarding, and system rollouts, ensuring alignment with GTM priorities and release timelines.
- Create engaging and effective training content in multiple formats (asynchronous courses, live workshops, toolkits, quick-reference guides).
- Embed into team huddles and shadow workflows to identify system pain points and deliver just-in-time coaching and optimization.
- Ensure effective HighSpot usage by training and coaching GTM teams, supporting sales reps and marketing in leveraging content engagement data to inform strategy, optimizing workflows, and directly connect enablement efforts to revenue impact.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Act as the primary liaison with Operations and Data and Analytics to align training initiatives with system updates, data standards, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales , Customer Success and other GTM teams to ensure consistent communication and seamless adoption of system processes.
- Own communications for system changes, updates, and releases, delivering timely, clear, and business-relevant messaging.
Program Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
- Track and analyze the impact of training and system adoption using dashboards, KPIs, and system usage data.
- Report back on enablement impact to business stakeholders and recommend refinements to drive better adoption and efficiency.
- Maintain ongoing operating rhythms to review training uptake, system compliance, and field feedback loops.
- Content & Tools Management
- Manage enablement tools and systems, including Highspot and Docebo LMS, to ensure training content is up-to-date, accessible, and effective.
- Provide feedback on content design and make iterative improvements based on adult learning principles, engagement, and adoption trends.
- Support the upkeep of playbooks, guides, and knowledge bases that reinforce system usage best practices.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’S Degree Required.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations training, or related systems/process enablement roles, preferably in SaaS or K–12.
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce, quoting tools, HighSpot, and data/reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau).
- Proven instructional design background with the ability to simplify technical processes into actionable learning for field teams.
- Skilled in developing asynchronous training in tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or Storyline.
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in presenting to groups and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Proactive problem solver who anticipates adoption challenges and provides innovative solutions.
