Are you an experienced business support professional looking to lead a dynamic team in the Chiropractic and Physiotherapy allied health industry? Burswood Health is seeking a Business Support Lead to drive operational excellence and support our multidisciplinary team of health professionals.
About The Role:
As our Business Support Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic. You’ll lead our Business Support Team, streamline administrative processes, and enhance client and clinician experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Team Leadership & Training – Mentor and support the Business Support Team to ensure high performance and professional development.
✔ Operational Management – Oversee clinic administration, scheduling, compliance, and governance to optimise efficiency.
✔ Client Experience – Ensure a seamless client journey, from appointment booking to post-care follow-ups.
✔ Financial Processes – Manage financial transactions, invoicing, and stock control within budgetary guidelines.
✔ HR & Rostering – Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of the Business Support Team.
✔ Process Improvement – Continuously enhance administrative systems and procedures for better service delivery.
What We’Re Looking For:
✅ Experience in Allied Health Administration – Minimum 3 years in a senior business support role, ideally in an allied health or healthcare setting (or a strong operational background in a similar service-based industry).”
✅ Leadership & People Management – Ability to guide and develop a high-performing team.
✅ Strong Organisational Skills – Ability to manage multiple priorities and streamline processes.
✅ Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Cliniko, Mindbody, Google Suite, Employment Hero, Asana, and Slack is desirable.
✅ Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians, clients, and stakeholders.
