To strengthen and elevate our ICT capability, we are now inviting applications for a Head of Data and Digital to lead the strategic direction and operational delivery of our digital and data landscape on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Data and Digital is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's technology roadmap in alignment with strategic business objectives. This role provides leadership for ICT strategic initiatives while ensuring day to day operational continuity and contributing to business-as-usual (BAU) ICT functions. The Head of Data and Digital collaborates with key internal stakeholders to ensure ICT investment and innovation are future-focused, scalable, and aligned with long-term business goals. This role balances innovation with reliability by providing leadership and direction for day-to-day ICT operations during periods of high demand or change.

Are You Capable Of:

• Planning and leading the development and execution of technology roadmaps and strategies aligned with business objectives;
• Aligning ICT initiatives with strategic business and transformation goals;
• Building strong relationships and engaging with key stakeholders to align ICT initiatives and uplift enterprise-wide digital capability;
• Developing and maintaining ICT governance frameworks, standards, and planning tools;
• Managing the delivery of BAU (Business as Usual) ICT operations;
• Managing contractual obligations via service level agreements including performance and contractor management; and
• Providing leadership to the portfolio and team, including performance management, planning, setting of goals and priorities, and training and resourcing?

Do you have experience and qualifications in:

• formal qualifications in Information Technology, working in a similar type of role;
• solving complex problems and make decisions with corporate impact;
• controlling budgets and understanding P&L accountability;
• communicating effectively with internal and external parties; and
• technical and business acumen to drive positive change?
