Naumi Auckland Airport is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to take full ownership of our kitchen operations and lead a passionate team. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll craft unforgettable dining experiences, drive culinary innovation, and shape a market-leading restaurant.

What you will be doing...

• Lead all kitchen operations and deliver exceptional 5-star culinary experiences
• Create bespoke menus across outlets, from poolside BBQs to corporate events and weddings
• Position the hotel restaurant as a market leader
• Recruit, train, and develop your team
• Collaborate with wider hotel teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Manage food costs and budgets effectively
• Uphold outstanding hygiene standards and compliance with Food Control Plans

The Ideal Candidate...

• 5+ years’ proven experience as a Head/Executive Chef in a 4-star or luxury hotel
• A creative, hands-on chef with genuine passion for food innovation
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and inspire teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Financially astute, with experience managing budgets and costs
• Resilient under pressure and always ready to lead by example
