We are seeking an experienced Business Development Team Lead to join our growing team in Tel Aviv and lead our partnerships efforts in the gaming and commerce industries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business development managers to achieve strategic and commercial goals.
- Define team objectives, set KPIs, and ensure operational excellence across all business development activities.
- Identify, initiate, and manage high-level partnerships in the gaming and digital commerce ecosystems.
- Oversee contract negotiations, revenue models, and long-term partnership strategies.
- Provide strategic direction and market insights to support company growth.
- Collaborate with internal leadership (product, marketing, sales) to align team efforts with company strategy.
- Track and analyze performance, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and results.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management in online marketing, gaming, or digital commerce – MUST.
- Demonstrated track record of hitting and surpassing sales/revenue goals
- Proven experience in driving measurable growth through high-value partnerships
- At least 1–2 years of experience managing or mentoring a team – MUST.
- Strong operational management skills with proven ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent strategic planning skills and a track record of delivering growth through partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
