About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of the most strategic areas within monday CRM: the Omnichannel team.

This is where we’re redefining how sales teams engage with customers by building AI-powered conversational tools.

Your mission: help salespeople connect personally, at scale—using AI to enhance human connection, not replace it.

You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM teams to bring these solutions to market, driving adoption and measurable business impact.

What You’Ll Do

  • Define and execute the vision for AI-first communication and omnichannel engagement in monday CRM.
  • Build and launch conversational AI tools that transform how sales teams connect with customers across email, chat, and beyond.
  • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market to deliver high-quality solutions at speed.
  • Use data, experimentation, and deep customer insights to inform the roadmap and prioritize what creates the most value.
  • Drive measurable business impact by improving customer engagement, adoption, and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Proven success leading high-impact product areas with clear business results.
  • Experience building or working with AI-powered products (LLMs, automation, conversational AI).
  • Track record of owning significant product areas and serving multiple internal teams or use cases.
  • A founder’s mindset—taking ownership, moving fast, solving problems with creativity.
  • Data-driven decision-making: running experiments, analyzing metrics, and combining them with qualitative insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to align teams, inspire action, and build trust across stakeholders.
