About The Role:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of functions and business units within the EMEA region. As a key partner to our hiring managers, you will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our growth and innovation. You will also take ownership of our Barcelona office, overseeing the day-to-day employee experience, onboarding and offboarding processes, and serving as the focal point for the location.”

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Barcelona office operations, including daily employee needs, onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring a positive workplace experience
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from role briefing through sourcing, interviewing, and offer management, to onboarding
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define job requirements
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple EMEA markets
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and professional fit
  • Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Providing insights into talent availability, salary benchmarking, competitor mapping, and recruitment trends.
  • Work closely with the global HR team to align on company-wide people and talent initiatives, ensuring consistency in approach across regions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, ideally within an international or matrixes organization
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and employment markets across EMEA
  • Sourcing skills, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Knowledge of ATS tools (preferably Recruit / Comeet) is desirable
