We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Recruiter to join our team. As the Global Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent from around the world to join our growing organization. Your primary focus will be to support our global expansion by recruiting qualified candidates for various positions across our international offices.
In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure we hire the best-fit individuals who align with our company culture and values. Additionally, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and job fit
- Coordinate and conduct interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and providing feedback to candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling job descriptions and postings that attract a diverse range of candidates
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform recruitment and employer branding strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact until the final hiring decision
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in various markets.
Requirements
- Fluency in English. Additional language skill in Mandarin is a plus
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a global or multi-national organization
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including effective sourcing strategies and assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving global environment
