SearchPlus HR is seeking a skilled and caring Psychiatrist to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in the mental health community by diagnosing and treating individuals struggling with mental health issues. You will be responsible for providing holistic and compassionate care, ensuring that the mental well-being of our patients is prioritized.

Primary Duties:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental disorders and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor and adjust medications, ensuring efficacy and managing side effects.
• Engage in case management responsibilities, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with regulatory requirements.
• Lead patient education efforts regarding mental health and treatment options.
• Stay informed on the latest psychiatric research and clinical guidelines.
• Participate in professional development and continuous learning opportunities.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in practice.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completed residency training in Psychiatry.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Experience in clinical settings providing psychiatric care.
• Proficient in psychopharmacology and various therapeutic techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with patients.
• Ability to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with mental health advancements.
