Position Summary:
The Evaluation Coordinator will lead all evaluation activities for the ANE-NPRF Program grant. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive evaluation plan that utilizes best practices and validated tools to capture meaningful outcomes and key performance metrics. These outcomes typically reflect measurable changes in individuals or systems resulting from program activities.
The Evaluation Coordinator will prepare and present evaluation findings to the ANE-NPRF Advisory Council through fact sheets, formal reports, slide presentations, and other communication formats. In addition, the Coordinator will submit required evaluation data and updates to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) through technical assistance calls, formal HRSA reports, and other appropriate channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage the program evaluation plan using evidence-based methodologies.
• Analyze program outcomes and performance measures; identify and recommend additional metrics as needed.
• Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including the Advisory Council and HRSA.
• Actively participate in all required meetings, including Advisory Council meetings, and share evaluation findings to support quality improvement, identify barriers, and enhance services.
• Evaluate all aspects of the grant implementation process and related program activities.
• Collaborate with the Project Director to support the development of required federal reports in compliance with grant award criteria.
• Ensure compliance with all Marshall University Research Corporation (MURC)/Marshall University onboarding processes, including required orientation and job-specific training.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS, Qualtrics, or similar survey platforms.
• Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience in program evaluation, preferably within a healthcare or academic setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise data reports.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
