Job Summary

The HR Manager at Grafik Pine House Baguio, managed by Chroma Hospitality Inc. a Filinvest Company, is responsible for leading the Human Resources function to support the hotels operational and strategic goals. This role includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate policies. Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR systems and software, such as HRIS platforms.
• Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
