IT Specialist

What started as a dream of one Icelandic couple has grown into Arctic Adventures, a large organization. Today, it includes professional guides, customer care specialists, marketing and sales teams, operations specialists, IT experts, and many others based in both Vilnius and Iceland.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support (Windows, macOS, and mobile devices)
• Administer or assist with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
• Provision and configure hardware (laptops, tablets, phones)
• Manage IT assets (inventory tracking, asset lifecycle)
• Prepare documentation and deliver user training
• Deploy and configure new workstations; migrate/upgrade existing setups
• Order and manage IT equipment and software licenses
• Handle IT Helpdesk tickets and resolve user issues promptly
• Participate in IT and business projects, contributing technical expertise and ideas
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose/implement solutions
• Collaborate on infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and security initiatives

Skills & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, Intune)
• Familiarity with Azure AD/Entra and Windows 11 environments
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell preferred)
• Solid English skills (written and spoken)
• Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and willingness to participate in projects beyond day-to-day support

Monthly Salary:

1200 – 1500 EUR neto monthly (depending on your experience and expertise).
