Store Supervisor - Skechers Manchester Trafford Centre

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll support the management team in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring the store runs efficiently. You will be a role model for the team, helping to coach, motivate, and inspire them to meet targets and embody the Skechers brand.

You'll be responsible for contributing to exceptional customer experience throughout the store, you will support with daily operations, and help motivate the team to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the customer journey is consistently positive
• Support the Store Manager with operational tasks such as stock management, visual merchandising, and opening/closing procedures
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and in line with company policy
• Supervise and motivate staff during shifts, ensuring productivity and high standards
• Train and support new team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and loss prevention standards
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential for this role
• Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for customer service
