As Global Senior Marketing Program Director, Clinic Software and AI, you will set global portfolio and go-to-market strategy for our suite of innovative software applications offered for Cranial and Spine customers. This portfolio offers unique capabilities that help diagnose, pre-operatively plan, and inform clinical decision making through innovative, predictive artificial intelligence. This is a high visibility role which requires extensive experience in software development, SaaS commercial models and go-to-market strategy, Artificial Intelligence, and data/infrastructure connectivity. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams and marketing partners in regions across the world and provide direction and leadership within the organization.

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Engages with customers and internal stakeholders to understand current market conditions, pain points, and customer needs for data and information that improve decision making.
- Through his or her team, directs the development of company market requirements and the translation of those requirements into proposed projects and portfolio roadmap.
- Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.
- Builds partnerships with 3rd parties (Healthcare providers, technology and software companies, etc) that enable new capabilities, provide access to critical data, and further build out our ecosystem of capabilities.
- Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, modeling revenue opportunity and overall project value.
- In collaboration with sales, works across his or her team to identify commercial go-to-market, promotional activities, and lead-gen strategy to realize revenue models. Responsible for all downstream marketing initiatives for clinic software market penetration.
- Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships.
- Responsibilities may also include: coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
- Directs strategies that maximize connectivity between our platforms and hospital customers.
- Directs team to participate and support partner commercial teams as needed, including Sales, Sales ops, Medical Education, Physician relations, etc.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with 10+ years of managerial experience , or Advanced Degree with a minimum 13 years prior relevant experience, minimum of 10 years of managerial experience
- Extensive professional experience working in commercial strategy roles within the Informational Technology and software/services industries.
- Deep experience and understanding of the AI technology landscape; commercial expertise in developing deploying advanced AI algorithms within software platforms.
- Historical experience identifying and rolling out Software-as-a-Service revenue models.

- Experience working with or in healthcare provider systems
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Demonstrated critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
- Experience driving results in a highly matrixed organization by collaborating across functional boundaries
