My name is Antanas Vindašius and I lead the Network Quality Assurance team at Telia Lietuva. We are committed to securing quality and compliance in network service solutions and operations. Currently, we‘re looking for a team member to be in charge of perfecting Fixed Network Services.
What You’Ll Do:
As a Service Owner, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert on Fixed Network and will be accountable for the continuous improvement of the fixed network services in cooperation with service, solution and system architects, network and IT development teams, service assurance, customer support, business and product managers, project managers and fellow Service Owners to ensure service quality, continuity and compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure technical solution quality and lifecycle. Make sure that adopted technical solutions meet quality, regulatory, lifecycle compliance and strategic alignment. Take responsibility for service functionality, the fit to customer needs, provide technical expertise to business stakeholders deciding on product strategies and system lifecycle-induced changes.
- Ensure smooth service operations. Raise and analyze service performance and operation issues both proactively and reactively, develop performance metrics, lead service reviews and provide insights for service improvement. Prepare operational teams for major changes and commercial launches.
- Drive innovations. Seek and adapt automation, self-diagnostics, self-healing, AI/machine-learning tools to improve user experience and organizational efficiency. Test concepts and work out implementation strategies.
What will help you thrive in this role:
The role requires a proactive, self-driven individual with a solid understanding of underlying network and IT technologies, service management, essential for thriving in large and complex organizations. You will need strong activity management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to take initiative, assume responsibility, and ask challenging questions to foster a culture of continuous improvement within and outside of the team. Additionally, your communication skills should span various levels of abstraction, enabling you to engage effectively with both network delivery teams and business executives.
In addition to the above qualities, the following technical skills and experience are essential for success in this role:
- Experience in ICT/Telco service manager, product owner, product manager, architect, or related positions and activities (at least 3 years)
- Knowledge and experience in Access technologies (FTTH/PON/Ethernet), WiFi, routing/switching, home gateway, end-user devices
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting WAN/LAN components and devices is beneficial
- Hands-on experience implementing automation and AI/LLM models is beneficial
- Good oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

Monthly salary range for this position – 3000-5000 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
