• About the job:
• • The Agile business analyst helps translate business needs into user stories and requirements, including process, data, and technology components.
• • The role works within the decommissioned & new banking services business, and spans features, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, processes, and data.
• • The Agile business analyst works within cross-functional squads.
• • The Agile business analyst plays a key role in developing and building a system/service catalog with the aim to enable business users to find and use available services, products, and capabilities.
• • The role applies the agile mindset to approaching business outcomes through methodical, disciplined analysis, research, and design, supported by appropriate techniques.
• • The role requires interaction with technology delivery professionals to define business value, manage requirements and constraints, and co-create solutions for delivery.
• Main Responsibilities:
• • Proven experience in agile delivery, particularly in working with business stakeholders to co-create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• • Ability to be integrated in squads as required and work in a cross-functional way across the value chain.
• • Ability to work with technology delivery professionals to define business value and outcomes.
• • Strong ability to translate business needs into requirements, including process, data, and technology components.
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• • Strong communication skills, including ability to translate technical language into business terms.
• • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• • Understanding of banking services and products.
• Qualification / Experience
• • Tertiary qualifications with a degree in business, economics, science, or equivalent profession.
• • Experience and expertise conducting business analyst activities in any industry.
• • Extensive experience working with business stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, to define business outcomes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• • Strong understanding of agile delivery methodology.
• • Extensive experience working with business process, data, and technology requirements.
• • Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• • Experience working in regulated environments (banking, financial services, medical, logistics, compliance, or equivalent).
• • Experience in building a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and empowerment and engagement within squads.

Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
