We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social

presence across all three brands, driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness through

Innovative Content.

Role Overview

As Social Media Manager, you will plan, create, and execute brand-specific content strategies across

Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for content calendars, creative asset design,

posting across feeds and stories, community engagement, reporting, and performance optimisation.

This role is based in-office, 5 days per week, with regular travel to our clinics for content shoots. You’ll

be confident appearing on camera as part of our social storytelling, and you’ll work closely with our

Creative Director and Videographer to bring fresh ideas to life.

We want you to build distinct strategies for each platform, tailoring TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

content to their unique audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage social media content calendars for three brands.

Generate creative campaign ideas tailored to each brand’s identity and target audience.

Create, design, and edit visual assets (graphics, photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, stories).

Post and schedule daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Monitor, moderate, and engage with followers to strengthen community and brand trust.

Collaborate with dentists, clinicians, and marketing teams to develop accurate, engaging, and

Educational Content.

Ensure all content complies with AHPRA advertising guidelines and brand standards.

Stay across social media trends and best practices, particularly TikTok audio, Instagram Reels,

and Facebook content optimisation.

Provide monthly reporting on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions,

Growth, Follower Trends).

Travel to clinics to capture patient transformations, educational videos, and

Behind-The-Scenes Content.

Be confident and happy to appear on camera for Reels and TikToks.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in social media management (agency or in-house).

Proven ability to manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content formats and algorithms.

Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).

Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) highly desirable.

Creative thinker with a flair for content ideation and storytelling.

Proactive, self-motivated, and organised - able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Confident communicator with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable being on camera as part of brand storytelling.

Experience analysing insights and reporting performance.

Familiarity with healthcare, cosmetic, or dental industries is a plus (not essential).
