Responsibilities

  • Attend strategic team meetings and capture detailed notes to stay informed on project status, requirements, and priorities
  • Research, prepare, and write comprehensive creative briefs for submission to graphic design and creative partners
  • Monitor and manage the complete creative workflow from initial brief submission through designer assignment to final completion
  • Serve as the primary coordination point between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless communication and project momentum
  • Organize and manage content deliverables, ensuring completed materials are properly placed in appropriate systems for downstream workflow steps
  • Oversee end-to-end process management to keep all marketing projects on track and ensure nothing gets overlooked
  • Coordinate between multiple stakeholders and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality standards
  • Maintain organized digital file systems and content libraries for easy access and retrieval

Requirements

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, particularly for creating clear, comprehensive creative briefs and coordinating with various stakeholders
  • Proven experience in process management, project coordination, or administrative support roles
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining proactive communication with team members and external partners
  • Proficiency with digital file management systems, content organization platforms, and standard business software
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs and potential issues
  • Experience working remotely and managing relationships across different time zones preferred
