Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Central Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our online presence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of digital trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to guide content optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align social media campaigns with business goals and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of major platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar) are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.
