This is a remote position.

Are you passionate about digital marketing and looking to put your skills into action? We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of keeping our WordPress websites fresh and engaging — from resizing and uploading content, adjusting site updates, and fine-tuning SEO elements to managing email newsletters and scheduling social media posts.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting our marketing campaigns by working hands-on with tools like Mailchimp, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, and GTM to track keyword performance and optimize results.

If you have a background in digital marketing execution, understand the technical side of WordPress and SEO best practices, and have an eye for content and design improvements, we’d love to hear from you. Job Highlights:

Contract type: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: 40hrs a week; Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm GMT/BST - can be flexible as long as core hours of 10am - 4pm are being served. Happy to discuss breaks etc.

Reports To: Managing Director

Primary Focus: Execution of digital marketing tasks (web updates, SEO, analytics, email, social media).

Responsibilities:

Resize and upload images/content to WordPress websites.
Adjust and maintain site content (typos, pricing updates, etc.).
Add SEO elements (header tags, internal links, etc.).
Manage email newsletters via Mailchimp.
Schedule and manage social media posts.
Support the marketing activity to promote services/software.
Manage SEO/analytics tools (Google Analytics, GSC, GTM, SEMrush).
Track performance of keywords and campaigns.

Requirements

Background in digital marketing execution.
Technical understanding of WordPress, HTML basics, SEO best practices.
Comfortable using digital tools (Mailchimp, SEMrush, GA/GSC).
Creative eye for content and design adjustments.

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
