Here's your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product catalogue and ensuring our customers have the best shopping experience!
Your Role:
As a Catalog Specialist, you will be the backbone of our product listings. You'll ensure every product description, specification, and image is meticulously crafted, up-to-date, and optimised for search and sales performance. Creating new SKU’s and refining existing ones will be your daily mission, always aiming for the highest standard of visual appeal and accuracy.
Tasks
- Create and Update SKU’s: Develop and manage product listings with detailed descriptions, specs, and high-quality images. Regularly refresh and optimise product content to stay ahead of market trends and ensure top-notch visual appeal.
- Catalog Feature Development: Help defining the roadmap for new catalogue features, focusing on enhancing product pages.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough audits to maintain consistency and quality across all product listings. Establish and uphold guidelines and standards to ensure professionalism.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to support product launches and promotions.
- Reporting and OKRs: Report track catalog performance towards results.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in catalog management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using catalog management systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of beauty and personal care products is a plus.
Strengths
- Fluency in German and strong English language skills.
