The role is based in Kunshan City, China. Be part of an Accounts Payable team in GBS where together we can achieve greatness and make a real impact. Your potential is our inspiration.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Ensure all proposed payments are prepared correctly and in a timely manner
• Create payment proposals and ensure payment is released within specified timelines
• Reconcile the initial payment proposal, rectify disputes, take necessary approvals prior to the final run
• Coordinate with various departments and maintain records for account payables
• Communicate with payers regarding contract compliance responsibilities
• Proactively work with payers and in-house resources to identify and resolve issues that hinder optimal and correct account payment
• Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate
• Responsible for paying all sales tax on appropriate invoices and providing traceability for each tax payment made
• Reconcile petty cash accounts balances and log all outgoing disbursements based on received information

What Makes You the Right Fit

• BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field
• 0 - 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of STP practices, preferably in BPM/services industry
• Strong fundamental knowledge of accounting and finance
• Strong problem solving, documentation, research and resolution, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Full proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

How Would You Stand Out?

• Background of study abroad is much preferred.
• Good command of local language is considered a plus.
• Excellent in relevant computer software
