Lead Product Manager

Roles & Responsibility

• Product Portfolio, Architecture and Strategy 
• Key face of product strategy internally and externally.
• Ultimately decide on priorities in PRB taking SECUTIX business objectives as key driver (notably commercial features helping full service / revenue share, etc.).
• Drive towards maximum control of the roadmap (vs. client commitments)
• Drive product structure simplification and presentation to the market with Product Marketing.
• Ensure coherence of current 6 trains roadmaps and their progress towards their business intent with product line lead.
• Ensure that the entire SECUTIX organization is trained and  follows the product portfolio structure and naming.
• Product Operation 
• Product data analytics, data lake to fuel roadmap and simplification decisions.
• Documentation and Tools
• Run Product Release Board Process 
• Product release roadmap communication, both internally and externally
• Overall coherence and efficiency of the product organization  internally and with respect to key stakeholders : sales, marketing, engineering and services.
• UX Platform 
• Ensure progress of UX modernization, consistency across the platform in a step by step prioritized journey with UX manager.
• Manage and set priorities for team aligned on business objectives.
• Find ways to accelerate UX step up.
