Summary of Role
As our Talent Acquisition Lead Generation Specialist, you are the strategic foundation of our entire recruitment operation. Your mission is to ensure our team is constantly engaged with a rich, diverse, and pre-qualified stream of talent. You will blend your skills as a digital sourcer, a data integrity champion, and a systems expert to create a seamless flow of candidates from the market to our hiring managers. You are the critical first step in every successful hire we make.

Architect Our Talent Universe: Proactively map, source, and harvest high-potential candidates from a multitude of digital channels, building the rich, ever-growing pipeline that our recruiters rely on.
Command Our Recruitment Engine: Own the integrity of our ATS (Zoho Recruit). You will ensure every piece of data is meticulously accurate, organized, and provides our team with actionable intelligence.
Become a Systems Expert & Innovator: Act as a key administrator for our recruitment tech stack, ensuring our tools are optimized for peak performance and empowering the team to work smarter, not harder.
