Senior Application Engineer – Motor Controls & Energy Saving Solutions

We seek a dynamic and self-motivated Individual for Engineering Business Unit.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell motor control and energy efficiency solutions
• Provide technical consultation and support to clients and design professionals
• Engage with consultants and contractors to specify suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across industrial and commercial sectors
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and system demonstrations

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSc Eng), or qualifications such as NDT or HNDE
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a relevant industry role. An Assistant Manager position can be offered based on experience
• In-depth knowledge of VFDs, soft starters, harmonic filters, motors, and electrical panels
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Previous experience working with consultants, EPC contractors, and industrial clients is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet technical and sales targets
