Compensation:
COP 6M - 6.5M/month.

Remote (anywhere).

What makes you a strong candidate:

You have 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
You are proficient in Apache Kafka, BigQuery, Docker, and Kafka Connect.
Spanish - Native or fully fluent.
English - Native or fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:
We are looking for a Intermediate Data Analyst with strong experience in data engineering, focusing on cloud platforms and container management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on proficiency in Apache Kafka, Kafka Connect, and BigQuery, with a solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.

Candidates must have at least a B2+ level of English. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as the ability to maintain a professional conversation in a work environment. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets and create actionable insights.
Manage data integration using Apache Kafka and Kafka Connect.
Work with BigQuery and cloud platforms for data processing and analysis.
Oversee Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters to ensure smooth operation.
Collaborate with internal teams on data workflows and optimization.

Requirements

Fluent English (B2+ or higher) required for professional communication.
3+ years of experience in data analysis or engineering.
Expertise in Apache Kafka, Kafka Connect, and cloud platforms (BigQuery).
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
