We are looking for a talented and experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Consultant to join our dynamic HCM team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for our clients. With a focus on Core HR, you will bring expertise in element creation, data migration, and journey and alert management, ensuring our clients' HR processes are efficient and effective.
- manage and Configure Core HR implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Create and configure elements for Core HR modules, including employee data, organizational structures, and job roles.
- Perform data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain journeys and alerts to automate and streamline HR processes, enhancing efficiency.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to the HCM team, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor Oracle Cloud HCM solutions accordingly.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Core HR functionality, providing timely support to clients.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM releases and industry trends, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR concepts, including employee lifecycle management, organizational structures, and payroll fundamentals.
- Experience with element creation, data migration, and journey/alert management in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to troubleshoot and resolve complex HR-related issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM configuration and customization, with a good understanding of the platform's capabilities.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and industry trends, staying updated with the latest developments.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, embracing a continuous improvement mindset.
