Senior Business Analyst

Hungry Jack’s is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing IT portfolio team. This role offers a 12-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension or conversion for the right candidate. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of IT projects, driving business outcomes and operational improvements.

You’ll take ownership across the full project lifecycle, including planning, scoping, analysis, scheduling, development, testing, and deployment. Key projects include:

• Pos Rfp Delivery

• Identity & Access Management (IDAM) implementation

Working within the PMO, you’ll ensure business requirements are clearly defined and delivered on time, while managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong relationships across IT, business units, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects end-to-end, delivering documentation and artefacts aligned with business and design requirements
• Perform functional and integration testing, develop test cases, and ensure data integrity across integrations
• Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to improve operational excellence
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and deliver solutions that enable growth
• Support the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high stakeholder satisfaction

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in IT project delivery
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide or large-scale projects in hybrid environments
• Strong stakeholder management, engagement, and negotiation skills
• Experience with POS or IDAM implementation projects is highly desirable
• Exposure to project officer duties within a PMO team is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience managing both onshore and offshore teams
• Experience in software implementation
• Experience in retail or QSR environments
