Are you an experienced project leader ready to drive major IT initiatives in a fast-paced, national environment? Hungry Jack’s is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver critical restaurant IT projects from conception to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver projects across multiple business units, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes.
• Manage resources, schedules, financials, risks, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure quality deliverables.
• Drive process improvement and continual service enhancement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including IT Leadership, Executive Leadership, and Restaurant Operations.
• Play a pivotal role in delivering a POS RFP and managing three PMO teams across twelve streams.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ project management experience, including end-to-end delivery in a hybrid environment.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in software implementation, retail or fast-food industry, and POS RFP/IDAM projects highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage both onshore and offshore teams.
