You're an inspiring leader with a passion for luxury hospitality and a drive for excellence. With pre-opening experience or a proven track record as a high-performing Director of Operations, you're ready to lead a landmark launch.

Required Experience And Attributes:

• Pre-opening experience in luxury hotelsProven ability to lead the successful launch of hotel operations, including recruitment, systems setup, service design, and brand positioning.
• Background in luxury hospitality Demonstrated experience in delivering high-touch, brand-led guest experiences within a Luxury environment. 
• Leadership readinessCurrently serving either as a Luxury General Manager, or you are a high-performing Luxury Director of Operations seeking a first General Manager role.
• Regional expertiseFamiliarity with operating in the South West Asia (SWA) region, with an understanding of market trends, cultural dynamics, and operational standards.
• Fluency in EnglishStrong communication skills are essential; additional languages are an advantage.
• Hospitality leadershipA genuine passion for hospitality, with a people-first leadership style that motivates, empowers, and drives excellence across all areas of the business.
