Are you ready to grow your career in a dynamic, global organization through a contract opportunity? We are looking for a high caliber Business Support Specialist to join our team, reporting to Chief Administrative Office of Asset Management (AM) business in Korea. 

As a Business Support Specialist - Analyst in Asset Management, you may partner with various internal and external stakeholders to contribute to continued growth and development of AM Korea. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare regulatory reports and upload to regulatory systems – FSS, KOFIA, and BOK
  • Support Finance in maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assist in preparing various tax returns, including withholding tax, VAT, corporate tax, with support from external accounting firms
  • Assist entire team in complying with control and risk related procedures
  • Provide general administrative support, including processing of expense claims (staff and vendor), vendor management, related record-keeping, stationery re-ordering, mail, and print.
  • Provide general support to visitors and manage access to office

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience working with a diverse team
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous with details, and self sufficient
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy as well as part of a team
  • Experience in managing relationships across all levels
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Fluent in Korean and English
