About the Team
Our TikTok Global Functions Talent Acquisition team supports critical hiring for Global Legal, Global Public Policy, TikTok Operations & PMO, Global Brand & Communications and Global CSR across over 10+ countries in APAC. We are a diverse group of business partners with a passion for delivering great candidate experiences whilst hiring key talent that enables us to rapidly grow and scale.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts hiring best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.

Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels,
- Conduct screening calls for high quality talent as a first stage of evaluation and assessment
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners,
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency,
- Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate ByteDance as a great place to work for all candidates.
