Customer Operations Specialist

Market Pay is seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our enterprise payment solutions.

If you have experience in customer operations, customer service, KYC/KYB or other back-office functions, we want to hear from you!

Your Role

You will be working in our Customer Operations team located in Vilnius working very closely with our France-based colleagues.

• Incoming customer query handling
• Investigation and resolution of financial transactions issues such as double charges, claims, etc.
• Undertaking research, document checks, and financial crime risk assessment via internal and external sources
• Performing screening
• Detecting and reporting suspicious activity including the predicate offences to money laundering and terrorist financing
• Ensuring all documents submitted are in line with internal policies
• Escalating any red flags and potential risks to the escalation team
• Handling sensitive or confidential information
• Billing, supplier management and a diverse range of back-office tasks to broaden your experience

Nice to have experience in KYC/AML/KYB and additional language like Spanish/Italian and French.
