Spa Front Desk Agent

Meet and greet guest upon arrival to the Spa

Ensure that guests are comfortably seated and offered a beverage.

Ensure that the liability forms are filled out properly and complete.

Liaise with therapist regarding services.

Ensure that therapists are made aware of appointments and waiting guests.

Answer telephone.

Provide clients with information about services and the availability of services at Renova spa.

Liaise with Spa attendant daily to ensure that cabinets and amenities are properly stocked and available.

Supervise spa attendant regarding the cleanliness of Spa.

Booking appointments, handling of retail sales and stocking supplies appropriately.

Ensuring that the reception area is always clean and prepared to address clients.

Responds to customers requests and needs with a service attitude.

Participate and attend all staff meetings as required.

Any other assigned duties as directed by the Spa Manager or Supervisor.
