Hiring Brief: Regional Head of Partnerships (Poland)
Company Overview:
- TalTap is a fast-growing on-demand temporary workforce platform that connects businesses with short-term workers, making hiring simple, efficient, and flexible! We are operating in the Baltics for 3 months.
- The founding team has over 15 years of experience in building marketplaces and operations.
- We are backed by prominent international investor and are expanding into CEE, with Poland being the first launch market outside the Baltics.
Position: Regional Head of Partnerships
- Focus locations: Szczecin, Poznań, Wrocław, Tricity. Warsaw not focus for the start
- Reporting to: Head of Operations
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead partnership development and actively drive B2B sales.
- Support operational setup and ensure smooth business launch.
- Build strong relationships with agency partners and corporate clients.
Key Qualifications:
- Languages: Fluent in Polish & English.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a prominent agency in Poland
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in active B2B sales
- Operational Skills: Experience with operational and business setup. The candidate will be the first hire in Poland and will be tasked to drive specific operational workstreams
- A mix of working a prominent agency in Poland with start up experience will be considered as advantage

- Efficient. Can organise his work
- Active and dynamic. Needs to have hustling attitude
- Are not afraid and willing to take on responsibility. They do not to wait for instructions when they see opportunity for the business
- Take a positive view: No job too big, no job too small! We cannot define a clear job description at this point. There will be a lot of edge cases. A candidate must show a positive attitude towards this
- Strong team player. We believe at strong team culture with accountability and helping each other
